I had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree, where the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Our spacious room was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for a family getaway. The pool area was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day out.

The rooms are neat and high-class, equipped with a lounge and an iron. Please let the very attentive and knowledgeable staff know of my gratefulness for a very nice stay. The hotel provides an outstanding service. Moreover, it has fast wi-fi, really handy. The location of the venue is favourable and perfect, close enough to restaurant good liesute centre and gym, the dual carriageway and M6, and a pub where the good was amazing and surprisingly cheap.

The breakfast offered a good choice of appetising meals. We were met by polite, kind personnel.

The spacious family room was perfect for our stay.

No complaint, the hotel met requests. Clean place, staff was courteous. The location was unbeatable and pleasant, within easy walking distance of Underground Live Music Venue. Our rooms where incredible with a fantatsic breakfast.

the whole experience was really nice. it was an excellent modern and good standard hotel, we loved it. the location was ideal and nice, next to waterpark and the interior design was nice.

It was clean, I would definitely return.

This place was just a great match for an overnight stop in Stoke-on-Trent with good value. The kids loved the bunk beds in our family room, more fun for them.

The shower was good, it wasnt very inviting but the power was there. The room was as clean as could be just dated.

Bed was hard and lumpy, The room was tired, The plastic toilet seat! This was an Executive room!! breakfast display was ok but the food was not, the toaster disnt work, the juice dispenser was empty and the jug (one choice of fruit juice) was warm. The pool was heavy with chlorine and very small, the picture did not provide scale. The pool was busy with children not from the hotel, no space to swim. We did not eat so no comment. The bar was very poorly staffed and they did not address the customer to advise or apologise for the delay

Enjoyable stay.

Near to where my daughter had her gymnastics competition. They even accommodated an early breakfast for all the participants. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were extra pillows for my kids. The pool was delightfully warm and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was with wide variety of selection!

There were not enough milk for the number of guests. We were situated just above the entrance and unfortunately there were guests fighting on the first night that woke my kids. The staff tried their best but it took a while to settle the noise.
